TRUSTED PROFESSIONALS WITH A PASSION FOR REAL ESTATE
For Patrice, real estate is a calling. Raised in Westboro Village, Patrice's father, a property developer, made it a habit to take her along to development sites at an early age, and instruct her on the investment value of buying and selling Ottawa real estate.
Her now 30+ year real estate career didn't start after university however. Initially, Patrice taught Sociology, followed by a 12 year career in government. Patrice was at the Constitutional table for 6 of these years, as a member of the Federal, and later, Saskatchewan Government, delegations.
As Assistant Deputy Minister for the province of Saskatchewan, she was a leader in originating the government's 1.5 million hectare Indigenous land claims policy, and negotiating its settlement.
Patrice was appointed to the faculty of the Ontario Real Estate College in 2011 and is a recipiant of their highest award of excellence. She takes great pleasure in periodically instructing students in the advanced real estate program leading to registration.
Patrice has been awarded President's Elite or President's Circle status from 2000 to 2008. From 2009 to 2012, Patrice recieved the International President's Circle award. She is consistently a top producer in her firm, ranking in the top 10% 2016 and 2018.
Patrice is very proud to be a first recipient of the national award, granted in connection with International Women's Year.
